This modern farmhouse dining nook started with the concept of the built-in bookcases on either side of a cozy window seat area in the center to be used for dining seating. The look evolved from there mixing many finishes and textures to create a totally unique dining space and experience. Three floral fabric chairs, mixed with stripes and plaids on the end table chairs, is complimented by solid fabric on the bench and tied together with patterned throw pillows. The sunny color palette used on the walls plays well against the white trim, and inspires a cheery kitchen even on a cloudy winter day.
